Five Blocks North Bed and Breakfast
Five Blocks North was originally built circa 1832 as Port Dover’s first Dry Goods Store “The Fair” and initially located on the corner of Market and Main Street where the Royal Bank now stands. It was moved by horse and turning log in 1921 where it stands today. In 2007 an extensive restoration project began returning the interior and exterior to original Arts and Crafts magnificence. In 2015 an outdoor living area complete with brick fireplace, surrounding fish pond and extensive gardens were added. Stay at this Historic home and enjoy the hospitality from owners Bryn and Mike. Amenities include a hot tub, outdoor living room with fireplace and comfy well-appointed guest rooms with queen beds. Your choice of breakfast with fresh seasonal produce from the home’s gardens can be served outdoors or in. We are located 5 short blocks from the beach, theatre and several great restaurants and shops.
